Frances Witty Foreman, 87, went to be with her Lord on March 20, 2023, on her birthday.
Frances is preceded in death by her parents Dewey Edgar and Elise Mae Smith Witty; husband, Woody David Foreman; and brother and a sister
Frances is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Services are private, with burial at Cates Cemetery, in Whitesville, KY. Cecil Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
