GREENVILLE – Sue Hellen Waddell Lear, 73, of Greenville died at 8:44AM on June 8, 2023 at her residence in Greenville. She was born July 14, 1949 in Muhlenberg County. She was a retired Clerk from Uncle Lee’s. She loved sewing, shopping at flea markets, watching Nascar, and fishing. She was preceded in death by her three brothers, Milton Walker, Elmer Walker, and Gilbert Walker; sister, Joyce Williams; and mother and father, Palace and Mae Walker.
She is survived by her husband, David Lear; brother, Paul Walker Sr.; two daughters, Tracy Vincent, and Jessica Walker; two sons, Eugene Waddell Jr., and John P. Waddell; one stepson, James Lear; twelve grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and six step-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday, June 12, 2023 at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Clifford Lovell officiating. Burial in Graham Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00-8:00PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
