Paula “Mia” Baker Ratliff, of Owensboro, passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at
home. She was born June 21, 1946 to the late Claude and Clara Flynn Baker. Paula was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Survivors include her children; son, Randy Ratliff and his wife, Beth, of Brentwood, TN; daughter, Andrea Lee Ratliff of Owensboro; grandchildren, Marley (Chris) Broeder, Carsyn “Scout” Ratliff and Noah Ratliff; two great-grandchildren, Henry Broeder and Ellis Broeder; brothers and sisters-in-law and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins that she cherished.

Services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 17, 2019 in the chapel at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow in Utica Cemetery. Visitation is from 3 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday and after 9 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
