Keith Wayne Brown, 54, of Evansville passed away Tuesday at his home. Mr. Brown was born January 13, 1965 in Owensboro to Doris English Brown and the late Hubert Brown Jr. Keith made friends wherever he went, and everyone was drawn by his kind and generous manner. He was a phenomenal fisherman, loved the outdoors, and a mediocre golfer. Keith was also a good swimmer who enjoyed doing a backflip into the pool each day before his morning coffee. He was an avid UK fan and respected but disliked the New England Patriots. Finally, Keith was a great father and very proud of his two sons.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Megan Blevins Brown of Evansville; sons, Ryan Keith Brown of Lexington and Kurt Wayne Brown of Chicago; mother, Doris Brown of Owensboro; sisters, Karen Page (Garry), Kenny Ray Brown (Sandra), Kim Withrow (Keith); sisters-in-law, Jessica Early (Clint) and Rosa Blevins-Hamil; best friend, Brian McCormick; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
The memorial service for Keith Brown will be 4:00 pm Saturday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory where visitation will be from 1:00 pm till time of service.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or the Vanderburgh Co. Humane Society.
