CENTRAL CITY – Anna L. “Snookie” Fulkerson Vincent, 73, of Central City, died Thursday, December 21, 2023, at 3:21PM at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was the wife of 60 years to Jimmie Howard “Blue Gill” Vincent, who preceded her in death on December 18, 2023.
Mrs. Vincent worked in housekeeping at Regional Medical Center. She enjoyed spending time with her family, being on the computer, and sewing. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her father, William Netter Fulkerson; mother, Milladean Moore; daughter, Teresa Gail Pharis; brother, Tony Fulkerson; and sister Katra Lee.
She is survived by her children, Jeff (Kim) Vincent, Jimmy Vincent, Jr., and Dianne (Greg) Whitmer; grandchildren, Glean Pharis, Gary Pharis, Amanda Pharis, Katie (Jacob) Lee, Chris Vincent, Brittney Vincent, Whitney Gott, and Quentin Whitmer; sisters, Judy (Elgen) Lear, Jerrie (Ronnie) Adler, and Marie Fulkerson; brothers, Ricky (Sandra) Lee, Carl Fulkerson, Harold Fulkerson, and Michael Fulkerson; son-in-law, Estil (Penny) Pharis; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Joint funeral services for Anna and Jimmie Vincent will be Saturday, December 23, 2023, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Mike Neal officiating. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Joint visitation will be Friday from 5-8PM at the funeral home.
