Charles Daniel Lucas, age 64 of Westview, KY passed away December 20, 2023 near SeRee, KY. He was born in Hudson, KY on May 27, 1959, son of the late Raymond and Vennie Lucas. Charles was a member of Fairview Global Methodist Church. He was a very hard worker, having worked for many people and companies over the years – Gary Joe Pile Farm, Todd Nutt Construction Company, MTD, Plasticon, Lucas and Son Lawncare and currently with Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehab. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and brother. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, farming, working on lawnmowers and listening to country and gospel music all while drinking black coffee. He was an avid UK Wildcat fan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Charles Daniel Lucas and siblings Jean Buren, Ann Ramsey, Marge Drane, Tommy Lucas, Tina Baker, Margaret Montgomery, Martha Marr, Kenny Lucas, Susie Stanton and Roger Lucas.
Charles is survived by his wife Annetta Lucas of Westview, KY
son and daughter: Joshua Lucas and Jessica Lucas (James Edward Paul, Jr.) of Westview, KY

sister – Lois Carman (David) of Cecilia, KY
Funeral services will be held at Fairview Global Methodist Church on Wednesday, December 28, 2023 at 11 AM with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, 3:30 – 7 PM and Wednesday, 8 – 10:30AM. Expressions of sympathy are suggested to his church.
