Merlon D. Dukes, 54 of Cromwell, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born on September 27, 1969, in Leitchfield, Kentucky to the late James Darrell and Rosetta F. Monroe Dukes.
Aside from his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Freddie Sanders and one brother-in-law, J.T. Taylor.
He leaves behind to cherish many memories, four brothers, Speed (Teresa) Dukes of Russellville, Scott Dukes of Cromwell, James Dukes of Cromwell, Joe (Joey) Sanders of Illinois and two sisters, Melinda Taylor of Rosine and Bertha King of Arkansas. Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and cousins also survive.
Private family services will be held at a later date. William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Dukes.
