GREENVILLE, KY., David Wayne Brannon, 71, of Greenville passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024 at Madisonville Baptist Hospital. He was born on December 3, 1952 in Harrisburg, IL. He graduated from Greenville High School in 1970 and was a retired boilermaker, employed at the TVA Paradise Power Plant.
He was preceded in death by his parents Carl and Betty Brannon.
He is survived by his wife Carolyn Brannon of Greenville, daughter Katina (Troy) Shanklin of Elkton, 2 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, brother Jimmy (Barbara) Brannon of Central City,
several nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Gary’s Funeral Home in Greenville has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Brannon.
