Cynthia “Cindy Momz” Shouse, 61, of Owensboro, passed away November 25, 2023, under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. Cindy was born in Owensboro on April 10, 1962, to the late Phillip Whilhite and Frances Stewart Crossley. Cindy was a true flower child who liked working puzzles, coloring, collecting rocks and seashells, and listening to music. Her true enjoyment came from spending time with her family and helping others anytime she could.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her son William “Franky” Whilhite.
Cindy is Survived by her husband Forrest Shouse Jr., her children Crystal Sowders and Dewey Whilhite; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren, and her siblings Jo Whilhite-Hodges and Timmy Whilhite.; along with 1 niece and 2 nephews.
Services for Cynthia will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at English Park.
