Avery Sparks, infant daughter of Jesse Sparks and Amy Sumner went to her heavenly home on Thursday at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Avery is also survived by her brother, Carter Sumner; maternal grandmother, Pam Presson; maternal grandfather, Claudie Sumner; and paternal grandmother; Donna Sparks.
A memorial service for Avery Sparks will be 2:00 pm Monday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
