Patty Ann Thompson Miller, 86, of Maceo, passed away on Monday July 8, 2024, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born on June 10, 1938, in Daviess County, to the late George Thompson II and Thelma Marksberry Thompson.
Patty Ann is survived by her husband of 67 years, James A. Miller; daughters, Lisa (Billy) Wilson, Suzanne (John) Ford and Jamie Miller; grandchildren, Cara Merritt, Alexandra Ford, Ashley Wilson, and Sara Morton; and 9 great-grandchildren.
She worked tirelessly to serve her family. She created a joyous childhood for her children and grandchildren. Patty Ann cared deeply about everyone around her. She loved the Lord wholeheartedly and shared his unconditional love with her family and friends. Patty Ann has left an irreplaceable hole in her family, but her legacy of lovingkindness will live on through each of them.
The funeral service for Patty Ann Miller will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 11, 2024, in Christ Chapel at Owensboro Memorial Gardens with Dr. James Wedding officiating. Entombment will follow. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 1:30 p.m. till the time of service in Christ Chapel at Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
