Woodrow “Tiny” Ball, Jr., passed away April 6, 2019. He was born October 28, 1947 in Daviess County to the late Woodrow Sr., and Loura Ball. He served as a Green Beret in the Army and was a part of the 82nd Airborne in the Vietnam War. Tiny is survived by his wife, Nancy Ball, along with a host of other family members.
The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory where visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Charyle Baughn, the daughter of Mr. Ball to assist her in her fight of stage four liver cancer.
