Terry Ann Johnson, 73 of Hartford, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, under the care of Hospice of Ohio County. She was born September 29, 1950, in Rosine, Kentucky to the late Willard and Christine Hayse Stewart. Terry loved her children but knew a new world of love began the day she became a Mamaw and Maw.
Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ray Johnson and four siblings, William Stewart, Jonell Probus, Henry Stewart and Betty Sue Stewart.
She leaves behind to cherish many memories, three sons, Mark (Alice) Johnson of Whitesville, Daniel Johnson of Hartford and Jeffery A. Johnson of Hartford; seven grandchildren, Kacey Holland, Justin Johnson, Makayla Davidson, Aydun Johnson, Tydus Johnson, Payton Johnson and Khloey Johnson and nine great grandchildren. She is also survived by eight siblings, Gene Stewart of Rosine, Jesse Stewart of Cromwell, David (Margie) Stewart of Rosine, Rossie Stewart of Horse Branch, Mike (Patty) Stewart of Horse Branch, Phyllis (Mike) Ashford of Louisville, Jewel Lene (Estill) Simpson of Louisville and Judele (Larry) Stone of Centertown.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 PM Saturday, August 24, 2024, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Bro. Brent Kelley Officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Friends may visit with Terry’s family from 5:30 – 8 PM Friday and from 9 AM until the time of the service Saturday at the funeral home.
