John Cleveland Noffsinger

April 17, 1956 - April 15, 2019

John Cleveland Noffsinger
Monday April 15, 2019, the gentle giant of a man John Cleveland Noffsinger, 62, left this earth to go home to join his wife Gail Noffsinger. Standing at a towering six foot four, John was the man who wouldnt hesitate to lend a hand. He saw the ugliest of the world and was committed to not only survive it, but to dominate it. Early in life, he found a love of motorcycles. If it had two wheels, he could not only ride it but build it from the ground up. From roofing to truck driving, he kept himself busy. Most days and nights John could be found in his shop. Never before have you met a man that could do the things he did with scrap wood just laying around. The type of man that would proudly educate anyone who showed an interest. During the few moments he was not doing anything, you would find him sitting on his deck in the quiet stillness of his back porch enjoying the laughter of his grandchildren running around or the occasional good storm. John Noffsinger is remembered by all as the man who gave his word and kept it, the man who would fight the devil himself to protect his family, and the man who worked for everything he wanted in life. One of eleven children, John came from a time where needs outweighed wants and did his best to be more for his children. He continued to stay very close with his siblings, nieces, and nephews whom he loved very much. There will never be another man like John, but his legacy will live on through his eight children, seventeen grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. When you hear the thunder rumbling, remember it is Big John riding his Harley. The beautiful sun rises and sets, remember the beautiful smile of the most handsome man.
“I fear no man, no beast, or evil, brother”
