Marie F. Dorris, 84, of Fordsville, passed away Sunday, August 25, 2024 at Fordsville Nursing Home. She was born November 3, 1939 in Daviess County to the late Alton Morgan Paris Sr. and Anna Sue Black Paris. Marie was of the Methodist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry R. Dorris; and siblings, Mark, Alton Jr., Robert, Gilbert, Mable, Murial, and Charlotte.
She is survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at Rosehill Cemetery.
