Emogene Miller Moseley, 86, of Whitesville, passed away at her home surrounded by her family, on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. She was born in Ohio County on December 20, 1937. She was a member of Whitesville Baptist Church. She formerly worked at Whitesville Elementary School, where she was the secretary. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.
Emogene is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Charles and her parents, Clarence and Velma Miller.
Emogene is survived by a daughter, Judith Ralph and husband, Dennis, of Reynolds Station; a son, Barry Moseley of Whitesville; grandchildren, Julie (Jimmy) Alford, Andy (Tabitha Stinnett) Ralph and Robert (Kellie) Ralph, great-grandchildren, Nicholas(Kendra) McManaway, Tyler (Alex) McManaway, Austin (Pamela Walker) Ralph, Allie (Brylee Preston) Ralph and Chase (Chloe Roberts) Alford; great-great grandchildren, Hunter Johnson, Jerricha Johnson, Sora McManaway, Brodix McManaway, Layla McManaway, Alina McManaway, Ellie McManaway; sister, Jerl Dean (Leonard) Adkins; brother, Wayne (Carol) Miller and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Whitesville Baptist Church in Whitesville, KY with burial following at Cates Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church on Saturday, September 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
