Jeanette Faye Basham

Jeanette Faye Early Basham, 76, of Owensboro passed away on Friday, April 26, 2019, after a battle with lung cancer. Jeanette was born August 15, 1942, in Owensboro to the late William Early and Inez Pryor Early. Jeanette was a Homemaker.

Jeanette enjoyed playing Bingo, but most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.

She also was preceded in death by her brother, Eldred Early, her sister, Shirley Love; and a granddaughter, Krysten Denise Lindsey.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Rannie C. Basham, children, Randy (Leanne) Lindsey of Martin, TN, Scott (Deana) Basham of Grandview, IN, David (Lisa) Basham of Owensboro; eight grandchildren, Marye Abdulla, Amanda Lindsey, Chassy Beebe, Keshia Basham, Maggie Lindsey, Bergen Lindsey, Bryan Basham and Benjamin Basham; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter and one on the way; a sister, Betty Sparks of Henderson, a brother, Bill Early of Owensboro; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory.
