David Earl Webster, 78, of Owensboro, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2024 while under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. He was born August 19, 1946 in Owensboro to the late Robert Lee Webster and Sylvia Canary Webster. David was a self-employed painter and a U.S. Army veteran. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and collecting old wine bottles.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Irene Griffith, Carolyn Anthony, Herbert Lincoln Webster, Franklin Lee Webster, Bob Webster, David Webster, and Gene Webster.
He is survived by his wife, Gaynell Webster; daughter, Wendi Young (Thomas); two grandchildren, Christy and Johnathon; stepdaughter, Sherry Alexander (Eddie); and two dogs, Patches and Mary.
There will be no services or visitation. James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of his arrangements.
