Joe Miller Frazier, age 69, of Webster, KY died unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, January 5.
He was born on July 16, 1955, in Webster, KY, and was the son of the late Wise Slimp Frazier and Anna Hunter Frymire. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Mac and Sam Frazier.
Joe was the former owner of Radcliff True Value, was a former Breckinridge Memorial Hospital board member, and was a member of the Radcliff Rotary Club.
Joe was most content on his farm. He loved cultivating pumpkins and sunflowers, piddling in his workshop, and driving his John Deere tractors. When not on his farm, Joe loved to spend his time flying model airplanes and cruising the seven seas. He was also an avid sports fan, supporting the Breckinridge County Tigers, UK Wildcats, and EKU Colonels. He loved his family fiercely in his quiet, steadfast way.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sheila Frazier; children, Amanda (Zach) Banker of Zhongshan, China, Jennie (Chris) Traynham of Paducah, KY, Stephen (McKinzee) Frazier of Danville, KY; grandchildren Charli, Ellie, Paxten; brother, Hugh Frazier of Louisville, KY; sisters-in-law, Sue and Becky Frazier of Webster, KY, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 11 AM with burial in the Raymond Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025, from 3 – 7 PM and Tuesday after 8:30 AM. All times are central.
