Keith Alan Giffin, 67, of Owensboro, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He was born September 21, 1957 in Owensboro to the late Kenneth and Mardell Giffin. Keith was a retired owner and operator truck driver for 40+ years. He enjoyed spending time with his two daughters, five grandkids, other close family members and friends but mostly being with Nona, his dog. Keith stood firmly in his faith for the Lord. On Sunday’s, you would catch him at Life Community Church praising, worshiping and taking up offering. If you never could find him, he would mostly be at three places; outside in his garage tinkering with one of his cars, at the race track or at a car show. He was a diehard Louisville fan no matter now any people disagreed with him. In his down time, you could find him in his theater room watching movies.
In addition to his parents, Kenneth and Mardell Giffin, he was preceded in death by grandparents, Loften and Elise Stearsman, Arley and Katherine (Nall) Giffin; and a cousin, Kennah Galloway
Keith is survived by his two daughters, Torrie Giffin (Jesse Howard) and her two children, Holden and Grayson of Island, Kassie Giffin and her three children, Abel, October and Jax, of Island; a special cousin but more like a brother, Jason Stearsman (Susan Stearsman) and their three children Kailey, his Goddaughter Jacey and Hadley in Pleasant Ridge; and Randall Majors (Kayla Hounton), who was more like a son, and their two kids, Rylan and Oliver, of Livermore.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 20, 2025 at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation is from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
