Yvonne “Vonnie” Lee Williams, 67, of Philpot, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2019 under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. She was born on August 12, 1951 in Daviess County to the late Truman & Maudie (Cartwright) Ashworth. Vonnie was a member of the Catholic faith, Vonnie was a realtor for Castlen Realty for many years. She also loved traveling, taking cruises, playing cards, poker, and slots. Vonnie was a tireless worker, who loved being a hostess and was a great cook, she also loved spending time with her lunch crew. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister Jeanie.
Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Ted; two sons, Chad (Alice) & Jason (Anna) Toler; a stepson, Chris Williams; grandchildren, Luke Payne, Katie Wilhite, Ross Bell, Brooke & Camden Toler, and Chris Jr., Liam, and Jeremiah Williams. She is also survived by a sister, Debbie(Roger) Willoughby; a brother, Gary Ashworth; and her Westies, Gracie & Lane.
Services will be 11:00am on Thursday May 23, 2019 at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation is from 5:00pm – 8:00pm on Wednesday and after 9:00am at the funeral home on Thursday.
