William Terry Howard, 74, of Owensboro, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025 while under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. He was born in Owensboro on June 5, 1950 to the late Richard A. Howard and Sally Shepherd Howard. Terry graduated from Daviess County High School in 1968. Over the years, he worked as a manager at Malco Theaters in both Owensboro and Fort Smith, Arkansas. He also worked for the Department of Juvenile Justice at the Owensboro Day Treatment Center. He retired after many years as a truck driver.
He is survived by his brothers, Richard A. “Dickie” Howard and Jerry (Sharlene) Howard; sisters, Linda (Glenn) Young, Sue (Jay) Corbett, Ginger (Jerry) Bailey and Judy (Kenny) Stodghill; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation is from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, February 21, 2025 at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. A private burial will be held at Rosehill Cemetery at a later date.
