Jeffrey A. Hulsey, 52, of Owensboro, died on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at his home. He was born September 9, 1966, in Tuscon, Arizona. He was a US Army veteran and a computer programmer. Jeff was an excellent cook and even grew his own herbs. He enjoyed life in general and loved animals especially his dog, Arik, and cat, Heimdallr. He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Ray Hulsey.
Survivors include his parents, Sharon & Rodney Houston; niece, Amanda Hulsey; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his best friend, Steve Pittman.
Private services will be at a later date. James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
