Michael Adams “Mike” Bennett, age 58 of Irvington, KY passed away March 2, 2025, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born in Hardinsburg, KY on November 9, 1966. Mike was an equipment operator with IUOE Local 181. He was a member of Garfield Baptist Church. Mike enjoyed coon hunting and working a team of mules. He loved his family and they adored him. Being a “Bennett brother” and the closeness they shared meant the world to him. He was a wonderful Dad, Son, Brother, Uncle and friend who will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his father Kenneth Adams Bennett.

2 children: Ryan Bennett (Matt Deweese) and Rachael Bennett (Grant Johnson) of Irvington, KY
Fiancee: Tracy Dowell of Hardinsburg, KY
2 brothers: Mark Bennett (Rhonda) and Kyle Bennett (Samantha) and their families of Irvington, KY
Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 1 PM with burial in the Hensley Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 9 AM on Wednesday. All times are central.
