Vicky Sue Jackson Belcher

Vicky Sue Jackson Belcher, 69, of Owensboro passed away Sunday, May 25, 2019 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born in Evansville, Indiana on July 9, 1949 to the late Hal W. and Betty Sue Heston Jackson. She was a lifelong member of Hall Street Baptist Church. Vicky enjoyed watching Kentucky Basketball, bird watching, and was a cat lover.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Steve Jackson, and a twin sister, Bonnie Lou Jackson.

Vicky is survived by her brother, Jeff Jackson of Lexington, Kentucky, her nieces and nephews, Steve (Freida) Jackson, Jeff A. (Stephanie) Jackson, Ian Jackson, Krystal (Tim) McKinnis, Charles Kevin Jackson; and a great-niece, Katlyn Rager and her son, Lukas.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory. A private burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
