WHITE PLAINS – Earl Charles Kipling, 91, of White Plains, died Sunday, March 23, 2025 at 3:41PM in White Plains. Mr. Kipling was born January 6, 1934 in Muhlenberg County. He was a farmer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Kipling; brothers and sisters, Rhonda Kimmel, Howard Kipling, Merle Barnes, Margaret Christ, Alice Steed, Evelyn McPherson, and Robert Kipling; and nephews, Richard Kipling, and Ed Kipling, and niece, Vicky Clark.
He is survived by his sister, Kathleen Robards, companion, Debbie Putman; nieces and nephews, Charles “Kip” Robards, Timothy Robards, Carl Kimmel, Pamela Steed, Trudy Christ, Craig Christ, Sharon Ashby, Kevin McPherson, Tom McPherson, and Robert Kipling.
Funeral services will be Friday, March 28, 2025 at 1PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with David Anderson officiating assisted by Michael Putman. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
