She is preceded in death by her husband, Keith Mayfield; life partner, Willis Ogles; mother-in-law, Ruth Ann Mayfield; father-in-law, Charles Mayfield; and a niece, Summer Rose Stiff.
Survivors include her children, Thomas Jeremy and Marissa (Scott); granddaughter, Hadley; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ronnie, Debby (Mike), Eddie, Dennis, Allen (Theresa), Tonya (Jeff), Rob, Marty (Ginger) and James (Michelle); and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday with prayers at 7 p.m. at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory and after 9 a.m. on Tuesday at the church.
