Mary Gerber Thomason, 98, of Owensboro, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025 at her home. She was born January 6, 1927 in Bloomington, Indiana to the late Fredrick and Rhue Stultz Gerber.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Robert Thomason; son, Roger Thomason; and a brother, Joseph Gerber.
She is survived by two daughters, Nancy Hazelwood (Brent) and Joan Thomason (Allen Stevens); two sons, Mike Thomason (Linda) and David Thomason; two grandchildren, Jennifer Cunningham (Jason) and Jonathan Hazelwood; three great-grandchildren, Ryder, Madden, and Kingston; and her fur baby, Charlie.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation is from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Private burial will be held in Rosehill Cemetery.
