Anna Marie Gootee Carman, age 82 of Hardinsburg, KY passed away May 3, 2025, at Kensington Center in Elizabethtown, KY. She was born in Louisville, KY on August 17, 1942, daughter of the late William and Ethel Virginia Armes Gootee. Anna was a member of Emmanuel Fellowship Church. She loved her family and attending church services.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 children: Lisha Martin and Marty Carman, 2 granddaughters Brandy Laslie-White and Jennifer Laslie Brown and her brothers and sisters.
Anna is survived by 2 sons – Lance Carman and Stoy Todd Carman of Brandenburg, KY
2 grandchildren: Anthony Carman and Haley Marie Carman
3 great grandchildren: Mathias Antol, Jonthan Stoy White and Carly Mae Brown
Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 12 PM with burial in the Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, 10 AM – 12 PM.
