Scott “Smiley” Miles, 42, of Owensboro, passed away, on May 5, 2025. He was born, on May 15, 1982, in Owensboro, KY, to Gary Miles and Edith Pauline Ambs Fowler.
Scott is preceded in death by his twin brother, Stephen Miles.
Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Matthew Dale Crabtree (Leslie), Caleb Bradley Crabtree, Stephen Jacob Crabtree (Kelsea), Zackery Scott Miles Crabtree Adams (Emiliana); his grandchildren, Lauren Renee Crabtree and Lennon Rae Crabtree; his parents, Gary Miles and Edith Pauline Ambs Fowler; his siblings, Bonnie Jenkins and Jenny Hamilton; several cherished nieces, nephews, and his girlfriend, Kelly Phelps-Helm.
Memorial services will take place on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Redemption Place, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Friends and family are encouraged to dress casually.
