Tony Ray Bozarth 61, of Calhoun, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at his home with his wife by his side. Tony Ray Bozarth was born December 23, 1963 in Greenville, Kentucky to the late Eddie Joe and Dorothy Mae English Bozarth and was married to the former Mary Cathleen Simon on November 9, 1985.
Tony retired from General Electric Motors in Owensboro. One of his greatest joys in life was his role as a dad and Pappy.
Tony lived a true testament of our command, serve one another. He was always eager to help those he could. Tony was light hearted and loved by many. He was adored by his family.
Tony will especially be remembered for his infectious smile and ability to brighten the room.
In addition to his parents, Tony was preceded in death by his step father and friend, Jerry T. Bowlds.
Tony is survived by his wife of 39 years, Cathy Bozarth; a daughter, Amanda Carroll (Lee) of Semiway; five grandchildren, Morgan Parker (Bryson), Kenlee Carroll, Landrie Carroll, Vivienne Brewer, and Coen Ray Carroll; and two brothers, Eddie Bozarth (Trudy) of Calhoun and Donnie Bozarth of Utica.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Friday, May 9, 2025 at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel. Burial will be in the Calhoun Cemetery in McLean County. Friends may visit with Tony’s family from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Friday at Musters in Calhoun.
