OWENSBORO – Wanda Jean McPherson, 91, of Owensboro, died Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 7:11 PM at Chautauqua Health & Rehab. in Owensboro. Ms. McPherson was born February 3, 1934 in Muhlenberg County. She was a member of Crosspoint Church in Powderly. She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Warner; second husband, James McPherson; third husband, L.R. Cain; sons, Timmy McPherson, and Barry Warner; sister, Anita Case; grandchild, Chasity Keeling; and great-grandchild Mark Haliday Jr.
She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Ford, and Judy (Barry) Hayes; grandchildren, Misty Jacobson, Michael Mackey, Tina Stallings, Tyler McPherson, Jason McPherson, Cristen McPherson, and Robbie Henry; great-grandchildren, Desiree Johnson, John Michael Mackey, Zoe Friend, Jovi Friend, Weston Friend, Mika Mackey, Sierra Grundy, Destiny Marks, Alexis Keeling, Molly McPherson, Chloe Lynn, Justin Lynn, and Tommy Brackett; great-great-grandchildren, Chasity Grundy, Taylin Gish, Joshua Marks; sisters, Jenny Patterson, and Lucille Vick; and daughter-in-law, Debbie Warner.
