Kelly Marie McNeese Millay, 54, of Lewisport, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at her home. She was born on April 24, 1971 in Owensboro, Kentucky to Cynthia Schnepp Stogner and the late Dan Frantz.
Kelly loved reading and writing, and spending time with her granddaughter.
Along with her father, Kelly is preceded in death by her grandparents Joseph Schnepp and Shirley Schnepp.
Left to cherish Kelly’s memory include her son, Marcus “Blake” McNeese; her granddaughter Aliza McNeese; her mother Cynthia Stogner; her sibling Tracey McNeese; nieces Ashlee McNeese, Amber McNeese, Alysha Howard, and Autum Howard; 12 great-nieces and great-nephews; and her life partner Keith Cox.
