Floyd Dwayne Duncan, 77, of Lewisport, passed away on May 22, 2025 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born in Lewisport, Ky on May 29, 1947 to the late Jack and Alma Ash Duncan. Dwayne was a member of St. Columba Catholic Church and was retired from Century Aluminum. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Houston Bruner, Janice Frakes and Darrell Duncan.
Dwayne is survived by his wife of 55 years, Joyce Adkins Duncan; son, David (Dana) Duncan; daughter, Belinda (Chuck) Lents; grandchildren, Duncan (Hailey) Lents, Alec Duncan, Gretchen Lents and Avery Duncan; great-grandson, Kellen Lents; siblings, Anita (Clyde) Cambron and Gary (Loretta) Duncan along with nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at St. Columba Catholic Church with urn burial following in Lewisport Cemetery. Dwayne’s family will be greeting friends on Wednesday at the church from 9 am until service time. In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to the charity of your choice.
