Sheila Faye Gabbert, 62, of Owensboro, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born June 21, 1963 in Beeville, Texas to Wanda Poole Craig and the late Dennis V. Mathis. Sheila had worked at Sam’s Club and was a hairdresser. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, and being on the river.
She is survived by her daughter, Ashley Nicole Gabbert; mother, Wanda Craig; and aunts, uncles, cousins and five dogs.
