Joyce Colleen Spence, 86, of Owensboro passed away peacefully with her loving family close by on the evening of June 21, 2019 at Owensboro Heath Regional Hospital. She was born in Daviess County, Kentucky on March 12, 1933 to the late Elmer T. and Mary Helen Crask Green. Joyce is survived by her children: Linda Faye Tinnell, James T Spence, Debbie S Conder; her sister Annetta Wathen. She created many memories with her grandchildren: Leon, Eric, Lisa, David, Chad and Matt; which will never be forgotten and also, has 8 great-grandchildren: Carson, Cruiz, Cadence, Jordyn, Miranda, Landon, Sydney, and Garrett.
