David Anthony Tolson

David Anthony Tolson, 76, of Owensboro passed away Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Twin Rivers Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born in Chicago Heights, Illinois on February 17, 1943 to the late Armand Girardi and Gladys Ashby McKinney. He was the owner of Chimney Sweep. David enjoyed fishing, horseback riding, antiques, writing poetry. David loved his children and adored his grandchildren.

Along with David’s parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Anna Niece.

David is survived by his children, Kelly Anthony Tolson, Kevin Tolson, Selina (Mark) Collins, Brian (Dana) Paris, Stephanie Marzian, Todd Tolson, Creed Tolson, Zach (Mischelle) Tolson, Rachel (Chris) Simmons, Matthew Tolson, 21 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and his sister, Adelia Fulkerson.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Haley McGinns Funeral Home & Crematory.
