Shelvia Peay, 86, of Bowling Green, passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at Greenwood Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born June 19, 1939 in Owensboro to the late James and Lottie Ensor.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Howard Vernon Peay.
She is survived by a son, Howard Richard Peay (Janet); daughter, Tresa Ann Peay Dickson (Richard); four grandchildren, Jeffery Dickson (Laura), Kevin Dickson (Jenny), Brittany Clayton (Eddie), and Greg Webb; and 10 great-grandchildren, Gavin, Miles, Baylor, Riley, Piper, Natalie, James, Brooklyn, Elise, and Colton.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation is from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
