James William (Bill) Vincent, 77, of Greenville, died on Sunday, December 21st, 2025 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born on September 9th, 1948 in Muhlenberg County KY, to the late William and Christine Vincent. He was a retired probation officer, having dedicated many years to public service and was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He was a member of Second Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
There will be a private celebration of life. Gary’s Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his wife, Chauncia Pendley Vincent of Greenville, KY; one son, Kelly (Jenny) Vincent; one daughter, Amy (Mark) Cornette; one brother, Dicky (Debbie) Vincent; one sister, Carolyn (ET) Pendley; grandchildren, Lauren (Thad) Cartwright, Taylor (Caleb) McGehee, MaCarly (Clint) Zoellick, Madelyn (Trey) Kinison; and Nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Second Baptist Church for Hope for All food pantry.
