Robert ‘Bud’ Conder, 88, of Utica, KY passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026. He was born on September 23, 1937 in Hardinsburg, KY to the late Herbert and Helen Dooley Conder. Bud worked at Murphy Miller, the Steel Mill and then Villa Point Shell where he retired as a mechanic. He was also a United States Army veteran serving through two enlistments and then serving in the National Guard. Bud was funny, softhearted and enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting and UK basketball.
In addition to his parents, Bud was preceded in death by his wife, Saundra Marie Conder; and brothers, Bobby Conder, Tommy Conder, Reid Conder, Gene Conder, Jack Conder, Bruce Conder and Larry Conder.
He was papa to two daughters, Heather Doss and Tisha Greenwell Coffman; three grandchildren, Jacob Doss, Justice Harris and Jade Coffman; several great-grandchildren; sister, Linda Durbin; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at Utica Baptist Church, 415 Hwy. 1207, Utica, Kentucky 42376.
