Katisha Lynn Reichardt, age 59 of Custer, KY, passed away March 15, 2026, at Baptist Health Louisville. She was born in Louisville, KY on March 29, 1966, daughter of the late Howard and Sandra Miller Shartzer. She was a retired CNA, an avid UK Wildcat fan, enjoyed birdwatching and loved her grandchildren and her pets.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Joe Eugene Reichardt, son William Reichardt and brother-in-law Scottie Franklin.
Katisha is survived by 4 sons – Joshua Reichardt (Kendall) of Hudson, KY
Dwayne Reichardt (Cheyenne) of Big Clifty, KY
Korey Reichardt (Mahayla Lene) of Hudson,KY
Tobyjoe Reichardt (Chloe) of Custer, KY
7 grandchildren – Harleigh, Makeena, Gunnar, Addy, Emmaleigh, Hailey and Maddison
2 brothers – Buddy Shartzer of Lawrenceburg, KY and Tony Shartzer (Leslie) of Leitchfield, KY
1 sister – Pam Franklin of Lawrenceburg, KY
Visitation will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Thursday, March 19, 2026, 12:30 – 4 PM.
