James Glenn, 57, of Owensboro, passed away March 16, 2026. He was born on November 2, 1968, to the late Patrick Stuart Glenn and Alma (Hamilton) Glenn.
James deeply loved his children and grandchildren and was proud to be part of the Glenn family. He was known for his funny spirit and stubborn nature, both of which made him unforgettable to those who loved him. James served in the Honor Guard at Arlington Cemetery, a role that reflected his deep sense of duty and respect. He had many interests that brought him joy, including creating art, fishing, reading—especially Army books and anything about John Wayne—and building Legos. A dedicated public servant, James served the Warrick County, Indiana community as a paramedic, EMT, and volunteer firefighter.
Along with his father, James is preceded in death by his grandparents, Betty and William Glenn.
Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Alma Glenn; his children, Marc (Candice) and Nicholas (Lexie) Glenn; his grandchildren, Miles Hubbard, Oliver Hubbard, Noah Glenn, and one on the way, and his sister, Theresa (Andy) Edelen.
Services will be at 12:00 pm, on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
