Phillip Michael Moore, age 74 of Stephensport, KY, passed away April 6, 2026, at his residence. He was born in Atlanta, GA on November 8, 1951, son of the late William Harold and Edith Nora Pearson Moore. He was a self employed painter who enjoyed fishing, carpentry and watching football and Red Dwarf. He was an avid hot rod fan.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Jimmy Moore and sister Sherry Tillman.
Phillip is survived by 4 children: Phillip Moore, Jr. and David Moore of Somerset, KY; April Seay (James) of Stephensport, KY and Tracy Moore of London, KY
12 grandchildren: Penny, Violet, Lex and Ari Moore; Zoe, Isaac and Asa Gerson; Valor Pennington; Jesenia and Jenna McQuiston; Raziel Carvajal and Isabel Seay
1 great grandchild: Piper Workmen
1 brother: Ronnie Moore (Susan) of Georgia
4 sisters: Amanda Smith (Mike) and Evelyn Griffin (Johnny) of Georgia; Jennifer Price of Virginia and Lorraine Banfield of Colorado

In keeping with the wishes of Phillip, cremation has been chosen with no services.
