Kelly Jo Brown-Norris, 62, of Owensboro, passed away on April 7, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was born in Mount Holly, NJ on September 21, 1963, to the late James Harvey and Roberta Jean (Hacker) Brown.
Kelly found joy in life’s simple pleasures—especially spending time with her family. She also enjoyed relaxing by the pool, tending to her outdoor flowers, cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide, and visiting the beach.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Bill and Jimmy Brown.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Jimmy Norris; her children, Jared (Nickie) Norris and Kayla (Cameron) Rowell; her grandchildren, Jack and Max Norris; and her brother, Paul Brown.
A memorial service will take place at a later date.
