Sylvia Yvonne Rich Henderson, 98, of Sacramento, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at Signature Healthcare at Hillcrest. She was born December 10, 1927 in Ross County, Ohio to the late W. Delbert Rich and Jewell McLaughlin Rich. Sylvia was a retired LPN where she worked for Madisonville Hospital for 20 years and for Dr. Fisher for 10 years. She was a member of Sacramento Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, A.J. Henderson; siblings, John Rich and Genevieve Barrow; and grandson, Kurt Grebe.
She is survived by her children, Randy Henderson (Jill), Terri Hobgood (Michael), Judy Putney, and Gail Russell; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces.
Per Yvonne’s wishes, graveside services will be private.
