Jamie L. Rafferty, 46, of Owensboro, KY passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at his home. He was born on January 14, 1980 in Owensboro to Clifton Lee and Martha ‘Elaine’ Luttrell Rafferty. He loved baseball, basketball, playing video games and spending time with family.
Jamie was preceded in death by his father, Clifton Rafferty; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Survivors include his mother, Elaine Rafferty; his biological daughter; sister, Crystal Rone; several aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.
