Bryan Jones, 73, of Owensboro, passed away on May 21, 2026, surrounded by his family. He was born in Louisville, KY, on April 8, 1953, to the late James Wilbur and Mary Christian Jones.
Bryan was a proud Army veteran who served his country with honor. He found joy in the simple things in life, especially fishing, but his greatest passion was serving others through his church. Volunteering at the church was not just something Bryan did; it was truly a meaningful part of who he was. His faith, kindness, and willingness to help others will be lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
Those left to cherish his memory include his sons, James Jones and Joseph Edge; and his brother, Charles “Pat” Jones (Vicky).
Services will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Pius Tenth Catholic Church. Visitation will also be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at St. Pius Tenth Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery with Father Larry officiating.
