
Wanda Coppage Lovins, 98, of Fordsville, Kentucky passed away June 13, 2026 at Wesley Manor in Louisville.
She was born May 18, 1928 to the late Albert and Grace Stamper Coppage. She was a member of Fordsville Baptist Church. Wanda was a hairdresser and owned Wanda’s Beauty shop in Fordsville for 44 years.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Ernestine Free and brothers Harold, Duane and Rex Coppage.
She is survived by her husband William Coy Lovins of Fordsville; daughter Karen Hatfield Deckard of Louisville; stepchildren Bill Lovins of Tampa FL; Brian Lovins of Escalon, CA, Bonnie Lovins(Rick Hollowell) of Antioch, TN, and Brett (Cindy) Lovins of Beaver Dam; grandchildren Tyra Deckard, Joel (Kathryn) Deckard, and Tamara Deckard (Evan) Mikesell, all of Louisville; 20 step-grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 8 step-great-grandchildren, 2 step-great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 3pm Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at Geary Funeral Home in Fordsville with burial to follow in Fordsville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11am until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
