Charles Alfred “Chuck” Allen, Jr., 67 of McHenry, Kentucky passed away on Friday, June 19, 2026 at Ohio County Healthcare. He was born on November 17, 1958 in Hartford, Kentucky to the late Charles Alfred Allen, Sr. and Yvonne Tinsley Allen. Chuck was a member of Manuel Baptist Temple in McHenry. He loved studying the Bible, watching old westerns and crime dramas, and taking his beloved dog for rides.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Stephen L. Allen.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his daughter, Dana (Misty) Geary of Beaver Dam; his sister, Sherrie (Bill) Haynes of Fayetteville, North Carolina; five grandchildren, R.J. Moore, Samantha (Brian) O’Neil, Jonathan Moore, Heaven Moore and Brian Frame; two great grandchildren, Reese O’Neil and Brinslee O’Neil.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Chuck’s dear friends, Pastor Tim and Linda Smith, Ricky Hohimer, and Roy, for their friendship, support, and kindness throughout the years.
Private family services will be held at a later date. William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Allen.
