MADISONVILLE – Anthony “Troy” Jennings, 55, of Madisonville, died Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 3:39PM at his residence. Mr. Jennings was born May 12, 1971, in Hopkins County. He was a maintenance worker at Elk Creek Manor, and also was a carpet layer. He was a member of Sacred Cross Chapel and Ministries. He loved fishing, and spending time with his family and his grandchildren. He also loved joy riding, playing video games, and he loved the St. Louis Cardinals. He was preceded in death by his father, Herschel Thelbert Jennings; mother, Mary Elizabeth Moore Jennings; and two unborn grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Linda Helen Gibson Jennings; children, Matt (Kayla) Holmes of Paducah, and Taylor (Kloe) Stanley, Christian (Lauryn) Stanley, Zach Holmes, Becky (Caleb) Taylor, Stetson (Summer) Stanley, Bradley Stanley, Madison Stanley, and Alex Stanley, all of Madisonville; grandchildren, Emma, Riley, Jo, Jax, Holden, Ava, Lillie, Logan, Luna, Gracelynn, Gianna, Jeremiah, Greyson, Lincoln, and Remi; sister, Daphne (Mike) of Madisonville; brothers, Thelbert (Lisa) of Nortonville, Travis (Karen) of Madisonville, Jarvis (Judy) of Providence, William (Brenda) of Madisonville, and Charles (Jen) of Radcliff; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Bill Payne officiating. Burial in Graham Hill Cemetery.
